Strength & conditioning, including weight room work, plus technical development and small-sided indoor games. Geared toward competitive players looking to improve and develop in the off season.

The goal is to enter in at least one indoor tournament.

Informal pickup games for high school age players. Games are supervised and managed by travel coaches with the intention to let kids "just play" and develop leadership skills.

Shinguards & indoor shoes/sneakers required.

A 5-week indoor recreational soccer program for children born 2018-2021 (approximately K-2nd graders).

Date: Sunday, January 11- February 8

Time: Late Morning

U6 11:00-11:45

U8 12:00-1:00

Location: Trumansburg High School Gym

This is an informal program designed to introduce soccer to new players, teach basic soccer technique at age-appropriate levels, and, mostly, to have fun. Coaching is conducted by qualified travel coaches and upper level club players and is appropriate for these age groups. The emphasis of this program is on fun. “Success” is based on a player’s desire to return week after week, year after year. All players are required to wear sneakers or indoor shoes and shin guards.

Program for 2013-2015 girls of all skill levels to develop technical skills, tactical awareness and quick decision making, through drills, games and scrimmages. With a focus on individual close control and fast pace play.
